Heidi is an accomplished business leader with more than 25 years of experience in fiscal and budget management, program and human resource management, contract and grant administration, procurement, fee development, technology modernization, and strategic planning. She has earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership and brings with her the ability to work collaboratively to bring perspectives together to accomplish shared goals. She has played many pivotal roles and has been a part of many project-based teams over the years.
